Grocery Ordering and Delivery

We do not charge any additional percentage to shop for you! Just let us know what you would like us to pick up and we will get it delivered to your resort/hotel/villa or to you directly! It is just that easy! We are local to many choices for shopping including Target, Publix, Winn Dixie, WalMart, Whole Foods, Fresh Market. Just let us know where you would like your items from!

Please remember that refrigerator space is limited in Bell Services area but they will hold your groceries for you before you arrive at Walt Disney World resort. Please order refrigerated/freezer items with that in mind. You may want to check with other resorts/hotels to verify that you will have a refrigerator in your room prior to placing an order. Disney Vacation Club Studios and resort/hotel rooms havewith small refrigerators and do not hold a lot of items. DVC suites have full size refrigerators in place.  

We will work with you through emails to obtain a completed grocery list and prices.  Please give us at least a week so we can determine the cost in order to PayPal. We try to schedule ahead so slots may be taken. Any grocery orders less than a week before you visit will be an additional $10.00 rush fee. Please understand that we aim to deliver whenever it works best for you but we try to complete deliveries before 9 p.m. when possible.

We will need the following information including your grocery order:

  • Date of arrival
  • Exact name the reservation is under 
  • Reservation/confirmation number
  • Your email address so we can communicate to make sure we have everything you request 
  • Cell phone number so we can send you a confirmation text that everything has been delivered or to correspond a delivery timeframe. We will contact you through email or Facebook messages if you are from out of the country. 

Please note for all purchases made in this area, we will do our best to find a specific brand or item for you but we are limited to the brands that our suppliers provide. If you have a health concern, allergy, or dietary need please let us know up front so we can notify you the available options.

Please allow us a 2 hour time slot from the time you request delivery. This is only due to traffic back-ups, delayed flights, TSA Arrival back-ups, or deliveries delayed prior to your time. We strive to get there on time but life happens unexpectedly. 

Cancelling or Re-scheduling:

Please let us know no later than 48 hours if you need to cancel your order so we do not purchase the items prior to your arrival. If you need to delete any items, this also needs done 48-hour timeframe, we are more than happy to change the date of your order. Any cancellations after 48 hours prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
