Grocery Ordering and Delivery

Please note that refrigerator space is limited in Bell Services who will hold your packages for you before you arrive. Please order refrigerated items with that in mind. Please check with your resort/hotel to verify that you will have a refrigerator in your room prior to placing an order. Disney Vacation Club Studios and resort/hotel rooms with small refrigerators and do not hold a lot of items. DVC suites have full size refrigerators in place.  

The sooner we receive your order and payment including the fee of $15.00 per delivery, the sooner you are placed on the delivery list. We will work with you through emails to obtain a completed grocery list and prices. Please specify if you would like regular grocery stores or Whole Foods.

We will need the following information including your grocery order:

  • Date of arrival
  • Exact name the reservation is under 
  • Reservation/confirmation number
  • Your email address so we can communicate to make sure we have everything you request 
  • Cell phone number so we can send you a confirmation text that everything has been delivered or to correspond a delivery timeframe.

Please note for all purchases made in this area, we will do our best to find a specific brand or item for you but we are limited to the brands that our suppliers provide. If you have a health concern, allergy, or dietary need please let us know up front so we can notify you the available options.

Cancelling or Re-scheduling:

Please let us know no later than 48 hours if you need to cancel your order so we do not purchase the items prior to your arrival. If you need to delete any items, this also needs done 48-hour timeframe, we are more than happy to change the date of your order. Any cancellations after 48 hours prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
